Posted by Florida on 08:56:19 5/19/2001 good God, you'd think they would proofread it they really wanted to be taken seriously. I would love to see a new investigation for JonBenet, however, there are thousands of other children who have been murdered and their cases are sitting in cold case files across this country. Why don't the petitioners ask for a renewed look at all child murder cases? These children are as precious to their families as JonBenet is to hers and certainly deserve justice just as much as JonBenet does. I didn't sign it simply because it would serve no purpose. It's not the BPD that has a problem with this investigation. It's the cahonas-less DA's office who're scared shitless into going head-to-head with defense attorneys. All the evidence to be gotten has been. There's nothing more to collect. It's how that evidence is treated. That's not police work -- that's the prosecutor's job. Any prosecutor who can't face a jury and explain random evidence shouldn't be a member of the bar! If someone wants to petition the Attorney General and Governor to bring in a special prosecutor to prosecute a criminal trial (not a grand jury), then I'll be more than willing to sign...regardless of who puts the petition out. Some very infamous characters have signed her petition: OJ Simpson, Charlie Manson, Lizzie Borden. etc. She must be delighted to be in their company. And right, everyone. Well, now that you mention, with hir proclivity toward hobnobbing with killers, who knows? Maybe hir could sign his name by proxy, ya think? It would be John Ramsey's biggest coup to date to have a dream team of his choosing "investigate" this case. I suspect the investigators of choice would be led by ol' Lou and Deputy Dawgjam. "JR" Posted by Thor on 20:41:10 5/19/2001 Is this sort of a status symbol, mentioned on hirs forum, being quoted, and the like? I love it! And hir has not responded to my response. Have you seen it yet? Hir talks about how pathetic it is for us to mock a murder, the investigation and the search for justice. Hirs words. I told her to look no further than John & Patsy Ramsey. Maybe now hir will respond. I am really feeling frisky tonight. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 33. "Thor" Posted by JR on 21:00:58 5/19/2001 I don't know about status symbols but I can say we are in good company if our names are posted there. ;-) Anyone who will start a forum and not allow alternate view points can't have much credibility as a "Webmaster," IMHO. Much like anyone who post a petition for a new investigation when that person knows the Ramsey's will insist on those who favor them to lead it. To show how silly this is, John states he has friends in the FBI but then doesn't trust the FBI to do a poly. What an insult to his supposed friends! I don't go to the swamp - got better things to do with my time than to watch a poster change hats and mostly post to themselves. ;-\ [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 32. Posted by watchin' on 21:02:00 5/19/2001 NOTE: This message was last edited 21:02:00, 5/19/2001 Suzanne Goebel is not just a 'good christian' friend who goes to bible study and takes MZP to lunch and coaches her in the christan way, folks! She is a SPIN DOCTOR WHO just happens to USE the word 'christian' as part of her promotion. That ploy is becoming exceedingly popular to con people and/or drum up business. After all, if they are 'christian' they must be reputable. NOT! Just an excerpt form one of the articles I have found. She is a tiger, make no mistake. Is it any wonder patsy has hired her? What I find even more interesting is Jameson taking objection to the entries on the petition. A small quote: "We know he likes to be in control and in the spotlight. We know he has a "bully" personality.." Seems there is a handwriting sample of Steve's that is darned questionable. Seems he was not out of town as was first stated at the time of the murder. Has the lilly-pad-dweller been questioned about that night? I think there's plenty of room under the bus for hir. She just has too much information and isn't "sickpuppy" sort of a mild description of someone who would murder a child the way JBR was murdered?
