        Dear JWers:

        I don't know how many of you are believers in the New York Lawyer
        (DH).

        I just read some of his alleged poetry on Jams forum that is upsetting
        to say the least.

        NYL or, someone using his hat, posted this poem which may not be
        exactly quoted.

        ROSES ARE RED
        VIOLETS ARE BLUS
        PHATSY, YOU KILLED YOUR DAUGHTER
        IT IS LETHAL INJECTION TIME FOR YOU,

        Again, I say I have not quoted it exactly!!!

        Now folks, if it is true that this officer of the court is this uncaring and
        thoughtless, how in the world could he ever garner any respect in a
        court of law?

        What are your thoughts about a lawyer with ongoing cases against the
        Ramseys, coming out with such foolishness?

        I am sure that someone has already traced this thing through ISPs.

        This man is NOT VERY NICE!!!!

        I can just see the poen now being shown in big bold letters to a jury or
        judge.

        Perhaps someone borrowed his hat or used a similar one which is easy
        to do by adding an extra character like a space or period.

        Why would you judge New York Lawyer as having posted that when
        you ask us not to judge the Rams? (Just curious.)

        You are so right!!
        But the worst I said about him was that he was not very nice. Surely
        you can tell by my post that I have my doubts about him posting it.
        But if he didn't, not one soul has come in to defend him. As a matter of
        fact, the moderator erased it the first time but whoever did it came
        back the second time and it looks like it is going to stay put. If it was
        not DH who did it, I suspect he or one of his friends will most assuredly
        come to his aid to get it off very soon.

        You have been around a long time and probably know
        a lot more than I about NYL.

        What do you think about NYL posting anything on any JonBenet forum?
        His right to post anywhere he chooses is a given, but do you think it is
        wise of him to do so?

        My good side says he is not that unwise, but if he did post this poem
        and if he does/did post other flippant remarks now and again; well I
        just cannot, for the life of me, understand why!!

        So JR if you feel I am being too harsh re judging him I will accept your
        opinion and live with it.

        Thanks for your input. Hope we find out for sure.

        I can't answer your questions except from my own perspective which
        simply wouldn't be right and I certainly can't answer for NYL. Again, I
        would suspect someone of using his hat but I could be wrong.

        I doubt any of us here who are just average 'joes' or 'janes' would know
        NYL any better than you and your boss EEL Lin WoodS.

        Now, I ask when are you going to start phase II of your campaign to
        silence the ones who believe the ramseys are involved in this
        murder...humm?

        Phase II bieng that you will ever so carefully begin to pit poster against
        poster until this place is a ghost town. I suspect from careful reading of
        your posts that you are already on schedule.

        What the hell has happend to JW?!!!
