"Is Jameson being used by Beckner?" Posted by Watching you on 08:45:44 8/18/2001 Quite an interesting bit of posting by one of jameson's loyal subjects who goes by the name of a pretty bird. She has posted a long post giving the reasons by she believes jameson is being used by Beckner for his own ends. This poster talks about the timing and the fact that in the past jameson has talked about the stubborness and derogatory remarks Beckner has made concerning jameson, as well as saying how he doesn't care and how someone could walk into Beckner's office with a sign that said I DID IT and Becker would look at them only if they were a Ramsey. Now jameson, with her inflated ego, believes she has succeeded in changing Beckner's attitude, but as this poster states, Beckner is smarter than that, and he has a plan that doesn't include jameson or her samples. Beckner was good for his purpose at that moment, and stay tuned, because we will be hearing more from him in the future. Jameson was only his stepping stone. Now, here's the real funny part of this story. You know how jameson is gloating about how Beckner is going to have this DNA tested - oh yes, she said that, and she also said he has had this sample for months and the results are probably already known to him. But, guess what, folks. Turns out there was no need for this sample to be REtested, because jameson is crowing how she worked with the Arapaho Sheriff's office for a year on another case (?!!) and she convinced them to test this same sample in regard to the other case. The DNA was NOT a match in that case. And, now jameson says, oh yes, that's right - they didn't have to test the sample, they used the test that was already done by the Araphaho Sheriff's Department to compare to the DNA at the crime scene. Think about it, now. Beckner has had these test results for months? How long does it take to compare results of that test to that of crime scene DNA? Are you getting it yet? Something is going on, folks. I'm telling you, as this poster at jameson states, Beckner is getting his ducks in a row. What's on the horizon? um, let me think...lawsuits? Steve Thomas lawsuit? Linda Pugh lawsuit? Why would Beckner now release this information when he has refused to have anything to do with jameson in the past? Is jameson being set up? Has she finally pushed too far? As the bird says, "something is amiss here." Jameson has led everyone to believe Beckner was having this DNA sample tested himself when the truth is, by her own admission on her forum, the test was already done by the Arapahoe Sheriff's Department and there is no need to retest it. Beckner is using that test result. Lots of food for thought here. Why did jameson make it sound as if Beckner was testing this material for the first time? She didn't say that, but she implied that. Why did she imply that they were waiting for test results when the test results were in Beckner's hands long ago? What is really going on here? Didn't the newspaper article make it seem Beckner was "testing" the dna? That is the impression I was left with when I read it. This is too strange. So hir knows the dna has already been tested and all Beckner is going to do is compare the test results to the BPD's results. What is going on? "I wish I knew, Tricia" Posted by Watching you on 09:12:50 8/18/2001 I saved her conflicting posts on this subject - she kind of glosses over it when someone questions her about it but the answer is the test results on that DNA sample were available months ago. The posts are on the pubic forum for anyone to read. I'm not going to post them here unless she denies what she has said previously. There was no need for all this subterfuge on her part. She could have said in the first place that Beckner accepted the test results to compare them against the crime scene DNA. Posted by Florida on 09:36:57 8/18/2001 In reading the articles I have the impression that she's turned over DNA from two completely different sources. Sheriffs' detectives in Arapahoe County received a similar DNA tip from Jameson earlier this year, according to Detective Rick Fahlstedt. Testing showed enough of a link that the person was brought in and gave a voluntary sample, which eliminated that person as a suspect, he said. Jameson said the person also lived in the Boulder area at the time of the Ramsey murder. She also gave the person's name to Beckner. The chief thinks the CBI may have already examined it for Ramsey links. "Any DNA that's tested by CBI is compared against their entire database," Beckner said. "It's basically an automatic kind of thing." The way I read it, Beckner does not have the name of the source he agreed to have tested so I have a feeling that this is a different person. While the chief is taking evidence of unknown origin and testing it without the name of a possible suspect in mind, he said it is not an endorsement of a so-called "intruder theory." It still examines the possibility that a stranger murdered JonBenet, 6, whose body was found Dec. 26, 1996. I have a question..did Jameson call the press to alert them about this development? Why not wait and see if anything develops? [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 6. But, what I do know came from the horse's mouth. She stated it was already tested by Sheriff's Department and that's what is happening - comparison of test results. Her forum is down now, LOL. But, I saved her posts before the forum went offline. Isn't it interesting she was "working with" Arapahoe Sheriff's Department. Let's see, who works there? Ainsworth? Who is in cahoots with Ainsworth? Smit? Oh my. BTW, yes, there were two different samples she turned over. What a gal. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 7. Posted by LurkerXIV on 09:47:40 8/18/2001 ...Beckner's strategy in all this and have come up with some of the same conclusions as you (and, oddly enough, Lovely P......). I believe this is Beckner's first shot in a campaign to discredit Lou Smit, and may be payback, BIGTIME, for Smit's theft of BPD property--i.e. crucial case evidence that should have remained under wraps during a murder investigation. What better way to discredit Lou than to expose the devious machinations of his Code Six wingnut co-conspirator, Sue Bennett, aka "jameson".? Smit's close ties to Bennett cannot be denied. All it would take in any of these lawsuits to debunk Smit and his "evidence" is to expose his cozy relationship with an internet crazy. Remember the furor two weeks ago when an internet nut gave a tip to investigators in the Levy disappearance? This total moron called in a tip that Chandra's body was shrink-wrapped and buried under a parking lot at a military base. Chief Ramsey of the Metro DC PD had to investigate to show his sincerity in following up all tips, no matter how absurd. When it was revealed that the "tip" was a cruel hoax, the general public turned on this "tipster" with venom. The FBI is following up to out this heartless whacko, and when they do, he will do time for obstruction of justice and filing false police reports. I can see the same thing developing here with jameson and Smit. Beckner is a very shrewd man. He has something up his sleeve. Jams has seriously screwed herself up this time. When she goes down thoroughly discredited by her hoax tips which never pan out, Lou Smit will go down with her. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 8. Don't forget, before he was chief of police, Beckner was with internal affairs. There's a method to their madness! Couple that with the fact that Beckner really has no choice in going along with this 'game'. If he doesn't, defense attorneys would have a field day in distracting jurors from the actual case. Beckner's got more than one card up his sleeve. On that, I'm sure. :-) Oh, and let's not forget that Smit and Jameson have obstructed and destroyed segments of this investigation, including sucking Foster into their net, thus annilihating his condemning testimony as regards the note. I'm sure Beckner's not the only official in Boulder, or Colorado for that matter, looking for a way and means to discredit the idiocy of people like Jameson, Smit and Ainsworth! No longer can j. claim private person status - she's wanted publicity, she's got it. She is a public person now - inserted herself right in the middle of this case, appeared in newspaper articles. All at her own volition - no one forced her new celebrity on her - she wanted it, she got it - she's famous and will henceforth be known as the DNA defective, er detective. Well, it's really sad that j. has to surf all the other Ramsey forums for material to take to her forum - there aren't many posters there anymore, so I understand why she needs to spice that place up with intelligent posts such as mine. What else can one think when she seems to zero in on my posts a lot. Why, it almost makes one feel, sigh, violated - sort of like that poor dude who had his DNA lifted without his knowledge or permission. Oh, that's right. This is jameson the little (thanks, Driver). She doesn't need permission. She is above the law. It's okay, not to worry, Woodie is protecting her sorry butt. hahahaha Ahhhhh, funny funny girl - if it makes her little heart go pitter patter, by all means, take my posts some more, slobber over them, cut them up and have them for dinner for all I care - anything that helps to build your self esteem is okay with me. Oh, and Starry - that pretty little post you made yesterday about j? She, in a very mean way, told you to "save it." Tsk tsk. I think we should have a moment of silence for j. Let us pray. In jameson's little hickory-coated mind, she has "hit the big-time". For a jameson, this is the dream of a lifetime - having maybe a couple of hundred people, outside of your immediate family and little circle of friends, recognize hir name. Oh yeah, I forget. Most of those couple of hundred wouldn't even know her actual name. But I digress. To a jameson, it doesn't really matter what got her name out there - velvet sex-gloves, masterbating (sic), sexually deviant brothers, sucking up to hir perception of "class" the Ramseys, (who don't forget remain under the umbrella of suspicion),stealing other people's work, playing fast and loose with the truth..Oh, I could go on and on listing her attripukes. Heck. She doesn't even clean up well. Doncha see? She is a legend in hir own mind. She will go the way of that pop rocks candy ..sooner or later she will make enough people sick that they will yank hir off the market..Wonder if that will happen before she gets sued to within an inch of her double-wide? heh No pun intended. "On a more serious note" Posted by Watching you on 09:03:35 8/19/2001 I must say that I have disagreed with Diwi so many times I can't count them, but I must give credit where credit is due. Diwi has posted one of the best posts to j. at the pubic forum I've seen regarding the acquisition of this DNA and the problems inherent with it. I won't steal Diwi's post, but I would like to see him bring it here for everyone to read. It says what I've tried to say and what I believe. There are big problems associated with jameson's involvement in this incident. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 36. "WY" Posted by Thor on 21:34:10 8/19/2001 Masked Man is reporting on Websleuths that hirself called the Rocky Mountain News on this thing and they in turn called Beckner for quotes. This was started by hir and he says this is a shellgame. He makes it sound like hir has an agenda and sounds like this is a crock. I notice she has been trying to discredit MM, too, not that I think he's anything to brag about. I do enjoy the fact, though, that two of the sleaziest people I've seen involved in this mess are at each others' throats. There was a time when MM was tolerated at her forum - not so anymore since he figured out what a loser she is. Anyways, the agenda - it's not about "that child," though she would have you think that. This is all about jameson. Period. The way she runs her forum (do as I say, not as I do sort of double standard thing), the way she continuously pulls outrageous crap to get her hat and her forum publicized - anything to draw attention to herself. She has set out to prove every word Steve Thomas said about her - Code Six Wingnut. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 38. Why did jameson make it sound as if Beckner was testing this material for the first time? She didn't say that, but she implied that. Why did she imply that they were waiting for test results when the test results were in Beckner's hands long ago? What is really going on here? Nedd: What;s going on here? Well Beckner most likely new the results and took these 8 months to have this man checked out himself before announcing that there may be a match. It's called another swift BPD arse covering, that's what's going on. Jameson already had the Arapahoe Sherrifs department on her side, it was a matter of time before Beckner couldn't ignore her any more IMO. And, where was that bathroom in the Boulder basement? Don't a lot of hired workpeople use a basement bathroom when they work on a house? An ex of mine did house remodeling...and many times because of his sawdusty self, or because he had hot mud or grout on his hands, or self, was asked not to use a family bathroom, but to use a basement toilet when he needed a facility.
