"Documentation: Ruthee and Panico" Posted by ACandyRose on 14:23:00 8/27/2001 Documentation Purposes: Ruthee and Panico This is for documentation purposes................. As many of you may know, Ruthee had a very extensive web site she called "The Murder Library" that was (and still is) housed on the GeoCities servers where she had about thirty web pages covering various research she did on the JonBenet murder and other subjects. The bulk of her web site remains there on that GeoCities server still today. I had copied all the files on the GeoCities site shortly after she passed away to preserve her work. I also copied the four files she had on her domain account host server which was separate from the GeoCities account. Ruthee also had a domain she owned called www.webbsleuthss.com where she apparently was in the process of setting up her site. The domain itself was created on Jan 30, 2000 and expires Jan 30, 2002 but the host server account where her web site was, apparently has been cancelled. Her main introduction page was there as well as three other web pages, none of which were on the GeoCities server account. I was keeping my eye on her site to make sure it stays intact. I went to the www.webbsleuthss.com site yesterday and the host servers appears to have closed that account which of course means that four of her web pages and the main intro page were zapped. I could have taken the four zapped web pages and added them to my ACandyRose history archive files but I don't want to be accused of stealing Ruthee's work. So I have taken the liberty to set up a separate new account on the Tripod server called "http://ruthees_library.tripod.com/" to upload those four only zapped web pages. One of them which was the "Toy Stun Gun" theory was a fascinating alternate study on how the marks could have appeared on JonBenet's body. I don't want that particular web site to disappear and Ruthee put too much work into her research. In order to set up the new Tripod account, I had to create a e-mail account as that is what Tripod demands so I created one at "ruthee_library@hotmail.com" and that e-mail account will not be used for any communication other than Tripod and for the counter I have added to the bottom of the four web pages. The only editing I did to the four web pages was add the counter at the bottom and fixed some broken links and added an update record at the bottom, other than that the pages look exactly the same as they did before. The main intro page links will lead back to the GeoCities site but unfortunately I have no way to edit any pages on the GeoCities site to link back to this new site I just set up. I just want all of you to know what I did so that it is above board. I have no intentions of doing anything with Ruthee's web pages on the GeoCities site but if for some reason that account gets closed I will move those over to this new Tripod account also. A while back I did set up a memory site for Ruthee at "http://www.acandyrose.com/ruthee.htm" that showed all the links to her "Murder Library" and I have updated that site to include the four new links from this new Tripod site. These are the files I created are listed below: ruthee_library@hotmail.com JONBENET RAMSEY MURDER LIBRARY WEB PAGE INDEX http://ruthees_library.tripod.com/www_webbsleuthss_com.html WAS JONBENET TORTURED BY AN INTRUDER WITH A STUN GUN? http://ruthees_library.tripod.com/stungun.html PATSY RAMSEY TELLS THE STORY OF SUSAN STINE AND THE SHOTGUN. http://ruthees_library.tripod.com/shotgun.html THE PASSOVER PLOT AND PURPLE CHRISTMAS TREES http://ruthees_library.tripod.com/psalm.html On Panico, I have also set up a memory site for her at the link below as well as a web site for Peter Boyles that I have dedicated to Panico where I have listed all the transcripts I can find that she (and Byron and Puma_overlooking_Boulder) did over a three year period. The ones I have listed are the only ones I can find currently (and some of them are links from Matt Causey's site) so if anybody has some I don't have and wants to add them let me know. http://www.acandyrose.com/panico.htm http://www.acandyrose.com/peterboyles.htm Thanks, ACandyRose www.acandyrose.com [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ EMAIL ACandyRose ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 1. "Was it only in March" Posted by Watching you on 14:49:07 8/27/2001 of this year that Ruthie passed over? Why does it seem so much longer than that? ACR, thank you so much for doing this - just the other day I was thinking I need to copy her pages to my hard drive, because I didn't know how much longer they would remain there. Now I don't have to, at least not right now, because you've done all this work for me. I appreciate so much your taking the time and effort to preserve Ruthie's time-consuming and very important work as well as Panico's panscripts. "You're all very welcome " Posted by ACandyRose on 15:18:40 8/27/2001 I just don't want Ruthee and Panico's work to go down the drain. It's the least I can do in their memory. :-) [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ EMAIL ACandyRose ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 7. "ACandyRose" Posted by starry on 16:38:38 8/27/2001 What a wonderful tribute to two wonderful women who gave selflessly of theirselves for the advancement of this case!! I'm sure they are smiling from ear to ear at all of this and wonder why we think they are so special...... "why, after all, we just did what JonBenét would have wanted us to do"...... How wonderful it will be to read all of Panico's panuscripts in one place. To have all of Ruthee's work perserved is a tribute to a wonderful woman who knocked the socks off of the slimy housewife from Hickory every chance she got.... LOL!!!!! You rock!, Ruthee..... How magnificent of you to do all this. God bless you, ACR. [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 9. "To the "Archivist of Record": ACR..." Posted by Dunvegan on 17:47:20 8/27/2001 ...eternal thanks for helping preserve these precious documents that were an eternal gift from our eternal friends, Ruthee and Panico. Ruthee's work should be preserved as it was, and remains, and available for all: an extraordinary reference and investigative tour-de-force. Ruthee's work was intutitive, prescient, and brilliant...and still extremely germane and relevant to the Ramsey murder case. And, we all still owe a great debt of gratitude to Panico, and her tireless devotion and extensive work on making available vital transcriptions pertinent to the Ramsey case. Bless you, BJ.
