From yesterday's USA Today: CD offers mower noise more often A New Zealand man has recorded a CD with 64 minutes of lawn-mower noise for apartment dwellers hoping to get even with noisy neighbors. "If your neighbors have a party Saturday night fairly late...get up at 7 a.m., put the hour of lawn-mowing sound on and go out to a cafe," Geoff Marsland says. More than 4,000 copies have been sold. His previous CD, Urban Assault, features sounds of a crying baby, which Marsland describes as the ultimate contraceptive. A one year tribute to our cyber quest for justice? Always trying to grab some limelight, eh Mame? So sorry to rain on your parade but this is ONE poster who thinks that won't be necessary, no further comment. Just put up the audios, amigos. Lacey, why do you have to be so mean? By reading what mame wrote yesterday it was clear to me, if not others, that she meant a one year tribute to the ending of the grand jury. How can you construe that to mean she's trying to grab the spotlight? Give me a break!!! Are you jealous of mame or just mean? At any rate you show a side of yourself which isn't pretty. Mame, I think the audios from last year is a stellar idea. Thank you for all you do for us. And ToppCatt, you're the best. Thanks.... tell your lovely wife hello for me, will ya? I've got some running around to do today to get my car serviced after the trip and before the next one. I hate it when real life interferes with my fun. That was about as mean as mean gets. So go ahead and call names, sticks and stones and all that.. but spinning sanctimonious hardly becomes YOU, either. Well, my husband and I got married after dating for four years. So there. Does that count as a project? I just got my "move notice" for my new position and it sucks (can I say that here?). I'm being moved out of an office (where I've been for 10 years) and into a secretarial station smack dab in the middle of a hallway. I'll never get any work done with radios playing and people chatting on the phones, etc. Whatever am I going to do about this? "Hiya, I'm back" Posted by Cassandra on 07:35:11 9/27/2000 I agree, Starry, it's SO great to be home and back in my own bed, bath, etc. I really missed Mr C, and he started my homecoming by taking me out to dinner, and had taken everything to the cleaners so I don't have a pile of stuff to take care of. What a guy! And, the house was neat, including the kitchen! I spent over a week staying with someone who is mentally impaired to some degree, and we had a nice time. Took her out for her birthday and she was thrilled, took her to the library every day, which she loves, has quite a few books herself and loves to read. Also took her to the beach. I got a bit weary of cartoons, since that is all she will watch except for the Weather Channel. That was interesting, though, since there was a hurricane headed for us for a couple of days. Moaning wind and sheets of rain as the storm bands passed, and the shelling was GREAT after the storm. If I never see another cartoon, it will be too soon, but I had lots of reading and crossword time and had my own tv for Olympics or whatever I wanted to watch. It was an interesting week, and makes me thankful that I am in good health and in full possession of all my faculties, as are my family members. My client is a sweetheart and she had fun this week, and didn't want me to leave, even though her caregivers were coming back. It was a very interesting week, and she has a lot more on the ball than I expected. Cassie [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 12. The injury left him with seizures that had to be controlled by meds. My aunt doted on him to the point he lived the life of an invalid. Even as a child, that bothered me terribly. When I saw the sixty something posts on the daily it appeared that something is going on, but surely did not realize that it is a forum war. Oh the devil is so funny, isn't he? Stirring up strife and division. "Where there is confusion and strife, all evil abounds." Speaking of which, I discern the very same spirit that threw some people under the bus after Jon Benet Ramsey was found sexually abused and murdered Dec. 1996. It's that same spirit. It's the same spirit that is throwing out threats spoken of above - only out of a different mouth(s). But, oh yes, IT IS the same spirit. I'd know it anywhere. It's the same spirit that is behind coverup AND bus throwing AND discrediting true seekers of truth and justice. It is the same spirit that wants to hide its vile attacks upon children and hide thereafter, USING ANY MEANS ATTAINABLE. It is the same spirit that buys and sells darkness, and then, once again goes to any length to discredit and hide its ugly face. It's like a thermometer - that spirit. When the truth is neared, that vile spirit regroups and attacks. To me anyway, it is quite obvious. Oh, but fear not. There is one who has ALL power. He is omnipotent, omnipresent. He is all knowing, all powerful and He is in charge of all. So lie on you devil of deceit for there IS a day when all things hidden in darkness will be revealed by God's light. Many will be disappointed at what is revealed - there is nothing that will convince them that this is indeed the truth - even if a true and correct video recording be provided. There are those who will simply be surprised and shocked. And, there are those who will shout Hallelujah to the King, the all powerful one, the Truth and the Light, for He has dominion over darkness - always has and ALWAYS WILL. I will wait. I hope and pray in the meantime, that we love and accept one another just as is. The truth will come, if we wait for it. Love, Ms.Rac. Some people believe they've found the "truth" and their quest has ended. Of course any and all information is subject to each person's scrutiny - what I see on this thread is not a quest for truth but defense of egos. Rather than making the effort to examine new information for its potential worth and make objective judgements, some prefer to malign the messenger.
