"NOTICE TO ALL WOR POSTERS, AND JW MEMBERS" Posted by Dunvegan on 16:58:56 9/27/2001 If the conditions of uncivility continue here, I will close this forum for a while. There is no need for personal attacks. It is getting entirely out of hand...beyond the boundries of the "Work Out" room. Please go back and edit out unnecessary personal venom. It is obvious that there are two diametrically opposed factions fighting each other here...and bringing gallons of fuel to the fires. If and when the domain name is transfered, Justice Watch will take on an entirely new layout, and be an entirely public forum. It will be more about case content, about the Ramsey murder, and other murder cases, crime and prevention, and entirely less about member conflict. It will be broader in reach, a useful reference for anyone looking for case news, far less configured to allow small areas for slugfests, and in general a crime portal more professional than this. I am requesting of all of you that you think before you post. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to remove this increasingly barbaric forum until the new JW portal site and format is on it's new server, and configured in place. This site is under development on anothe server as a crime portal site. There will be forums, but filtered and moderated forums for discussion...not flame-wars. I will not allow this site to become a warground for antagonistic "factions" to become increasingly bitter and utterly unruly. Go to FlameSleuths if that is what you seek. Posted by Dunvegan on 18:18:20 9/27/2001 NOTE: This message was last edited 18:18:20, 9/27/2001 ...but I often misspell. It's my bane. And, if you'd ever read anything more that the mispelling, you see that my posts were consilitory...not nasty or pushy. Some people grab at anything when they are trying to run someone else down: their weight, their age, their income, their education. You are clinging to my poor spelling skills, and perhaps slight dyslexia, when I am typing fast and I am tired. I'll go back, try to find all these accidents of no concenquence...get in the proper spelling...and then...get off my back. Then read what was SAID, not what was mispelled. So I cannot always spell perfectly. Is that all you and the rat pack have to vilify me with? I mispell? Poor weapons of war, indeed. Obviously, I've had it with terrorist snipers in sheep's clothing. I said I meant no harm. My posts read harmless...except for a mispelling. Really scrambling for something bad to say about me, eh? "OH! Dumbwagon mispelled something...see how ungrateful and evil she is?" Give it a break. Edited to say: and a clue...what did I mispell...and on which thread...if you want to help me make amends, you could let me know what mistake I made where. I'll edit immediately. Then, you should read what I really said. That would be fair, no? [ REMOVE ] [ ALERT ] [ EDIT ] [ REPLY ] [ REPLY WITH QUOTE ] [ TOP ] [ MAIN ] 4. "You call me one of a rat pack?" Posted by Cassandra on 18:27:40 9/27/2001 Shame on you. When the moderator lowers herself to call a long time member names, it's time for her to hand back the forum. Chris never called a member a rude name. I've seen good moderators and you're not one! Guess I'll be banned now, since I had the audacity to tell you the truth.
